Tethon 3D, known for their ceramic 3D applications, establishes the basis for SLA and DLP raw material production with their new resin Genesis.
As a member of the American Ceramic Society and the National Ceramic Arts Education Board, Tethon 3D, which supports 3D ceramic works with the raw material solutions they offer, has presented a new product to their users. Photopolymer resin named Genesis will provide convenience to producers in 3D raw material studies.
Photo-curing polymer resin material Genesis was produced for the development of materials used in printing techniques of SLA (Stereolithography) and DLP (Digital Light Processing). This raw material constitutes a basic support in the R & D process. In this context; Tethon 3D President and CEO Karen Linder stated that they are helping everyone who wants to experiment with 3D printing; ”Genesis is being used for the production of SLA and DLP based resins with the support of a hard powdered material“.
Noting that there are many unprocessed materials in the market, but these are very diverse and costly, Linder explained that they have provided a solution to the user and provided a solution for researchers to be the starting point in R & D processes. Linder also said that Genesis would accelerate the process of product development. Not used alone; supported by a solid powdered material, Genesis is sold in litres, gallons and kegs that are available in different sizes.
Porcelite and Tethonite from Tethon 3D
With its patented Porcelite® ceramic resin product line; Tethon 3D draws the attention of artists and designers; and has an important place in both raw material and 3D ceramic works. Another product of the company is the powder alloy version of Porcelite®; Tethonite® brings together the binder jetting technology usually preferred in metal printing with ceramics. In addition to its ceramic-based raw materials; you can visit the web page of the company to purchase the Genesis product; which also provides 3D printing training workshops along with 3D modelling, scanning and ceramic printing services.
