Zmorph will take place at CES 2017 with 2.0 SX series combining CNC, laser and 3D printing solutions. Presenting a versatile and feasible alternative for desktop printing, the company will meet the technology world in Las Vegas.
Supporting 3D printer market with new developments, Zmorph will introduce its technologies at CES 2017. Taking place at the fair held between the dates of 5-8 January 2017, the firm will exhibit new 2.0 SX.
Multi-materiality opens countless new applications for desktop 3D printing. Multicolor prints and objects with colorful bitmaps printed on them push the limits of traditional two-material printing offered by others. At the same time, the precision and quality of DUAL PRO extruder allow ZMorph users to create intricate and detailed multi-material objects using the widest range of supported materials on the market. And still, this is just a fraction of what the interchangeable toolheads for ZMorph 2.0 SX multitool 3D printer have to offer.
ZMorph 2.0 SX also features an encoder-based Closed Loop System which increases reliability and quality of resulting models. With working space of 250 x 235 x 165 mm, positioning precision of 14 microns for X and Y axis, and 0.625 microns for Z axis, it’s ideal for rapid prototyping, product development, education purposes, and low volume production.
Every Printing Set will also include new aluminium spool holder for up to four spools of filament recently introduced by the company. The upgrade is also available to all existing ZMorph users and sent on request for free.
ZMorph is working to push the frontier of what is possible on the software front with their Voxelizer software, as Jaworski told me that the company intends to “push the frontier, push the boundaries of what desktop manufacturing can do, releasing new toolheads, exploring multifuctionality, switching workflows. We believe this is where a lot of companies will be going in the next few years as well.
