Share

Concept Laser proved its leadership in 3D metal printing at Formnext fair. One of the leading  of industrial segment, the firm received recognition from the visitors.

Introducing its new printing system M Line Factory at Formnext, Concept Laser draw great interest. Formed of two seperate units as M Line Factory PRD and M Line Factory PCG, this system bring a whole new manufacturing approach.

M Line Factory PRD and  M Line Factory PCG make up the new 3D printing system – the PRD taking charge of the production side, with the dose, build and overflow modules, while the PCG is responsible for the processing phase. For the first time, part production as well as set-up and dismantling processes will take place in two independent machine units, allowing them to be operated physically separate from one another.

Within the production unit, there are three modules for loading powder, printing a part and powder overflow, which are all connected by an interior tunnel system. This makes it possible to move powder automatically into and out of the print chamber, without interrupting the print. Concept Laser ultimately envisions incorporating an automated tool changer within the system to incorporate such tools as CNC machining.formnext-printing3dnews4
