Semtech aims to accelerate the use and commercialization of this technology, providing about $ 3 million in fund support to myDevices to create solutions for companies using IOT technology.

The company, which has developed semiconductor products for many electronic devices such as smartphones, LCD TVs and tablets, is also among the companies investing in IOT technology. The company that selected IOT company myDevices, which facilitated the workflow of companies with related technology for investment, invested approximately 3 million dollars.

IOT solutions maker myDevices; which develops tool software with the slogan ‘Facilitate connected world’; will speed up the investment work provided by Semtech. MyDevices, which has partnered with leaders such as; Sony, Motorola and Dell in its 15-year history of technology; will use this $ 3 million funding to develop the Cayenne â„¢ platform. In addition to investment support, Semtech; who also cooperated with myDevices; expressed that LoRa technology; which is a low-energy, rich wireless IOT platform, will also be offered to myDevices. MyDevices will also integrate software solutions with LoRa, which will create a user-friendly platform that accelerates the deployment and deployment of intelligent IOT applications for developers and institutions connected to Semtech’s LoRa technology.

Semtech investment

Kevin Bromber, CEO of myDevices; noted that the investment took place on the first anniversary of the launch of myDevices; on the Cayenne IOT integrated development platform (Project Builder) market; and expressed this ease to LoRa customers. “With this cooperation, Semtech and LoRa sensors and network connectivity suppliers will have the benefits of Cayenne free and effortlessly.”

Marc Pegulu, General Manager and Vice President of Wireless and Sensing Products Group; noted that some of the IOT applications needed to be solved; indicating that their own LoRaWAN â„¢ -supported networks have spread at a very high speed. Pegulu myDevices’ Cayenne platform has offered a user-friendly solution to IoT companies demanding connected sensors and data solutions.
